THERAPY & SUPPORT
SATYA METHOD
Hello, my name is Anat Vaadia
I offer Satya coaching sessions at my clinic in north Tel Aviv as well as online.
I came to the world of coaching after many years in dance – as a performer, choreographer, teacher, workshop facilitator, and creative mentor for individuals and groups. The connection between body and awareness has always accompanied me, but through Satya it became clearer and stronger. It sparked in me a deep wish to share with others the body’s ability to be a source of healing and personal growth.
A little about me and my meeting with the method
I am 47 years old, married and a mother of three daughters, living in Tel Aviv. Before the birth of my third daughter, I chose to give myself a gift – Satya coaching sessions. It was a gift that changed my life. Through the sessions I experienced a deep transformation across many areas of my life: in my marriage, in my relationships with loved ones, in my career, in my relationship with money, and most of all – in my relationship with myself.
The coaching process allowed me to see patterns and assumptions I had not been aware of before. Through attentive observation and presence, new possibilities opened for me – with more freedom in my responses, greater balance and calm, and a growing sense that I can choose differently.
What is the Satya Method?
Satya is a coaching–therapeutic approach that invites compassionate and attentive exploration of the human psyche. It views all areas of life as mirrors through which we can observe, learn, and grow – rather than as a field to be “fixed” or changed. Its aim is to cultivate self-awareness, recognize the patterns that guide us, and create space for living with greater compassion, joy, and freedom. The method weaves together tools from Buddhist wisdom, existentialist philosophy, experiential bodywork, and the world of modern coaching. It was founded in 2002 by Natalie Ben-David.
How does it work?
The sessions take place in a quiet and safe space. Through conversation, deep listening, and gentle inquiry, we make room for the emotions, sensations, and perceptions that shape our experience of life. Gradually, patterns and habits reveal themselves, and together we create a new relationship with them – one that allows for more freedom, choice, and clarity. Each session is personally tailored to the individual and their unique journey.

THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD
The Feldenkrais Method is a system of somatic education that uses gentle, mindful movement to enhance body awareness, improve flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being. Developed by Moshé Feldenkrais, it explores how the brain and body connect through movement, helping individuals identify and change inefficient movement patterns and habits.
The method can be practiced in group sessions (Awareness Through Movement) or individual sessions (Functional Integration). Its goal is to increase ease and efficiency in daily activities, leveraging the brain’s natural capacity for learning and adaptation.
I work with people of all ages and abilities at my clinic in North Tel Aviv, and I also offer home visits when needed.
My perspective as a dancer
As a dancer, I found that many injuries could not be fully resolved through conventional methods. I needed a new approach to my body—one that would allow softer listening, considering the body as a whole, complex system that responds to many different influences.
Through the gentle awareness and mindful listening that the Feldenkrais Method brings, I discovered new ways to move, new ways to understand and grasp my body, and my movement became more enhanced, advanced, and integrated.
I invite you to come and give it a try.
How it works
Our process begins with a conversation to understand the reason for your visit and determine whether a group or one-on-one session would be most helpful. During sessions, we explore the causes of pain or movement difficulties and gradually work to expand your movement possibilities. By learning new movement pathways, old habits can make room for new options, allowing for more ease and freedom in your body.
It is recommended to begin with a series of at least 10 sessions to start feeling lasting changes. We respect each person’s individual rhythm, needs, and path, ensuring a process that is gradual, personalized, and sustainable.
